In the event our assigned representative at Meta requests additional proof beyond the original e-mail (i.e. “OG e-mail”) confirmation, we may ask you to forward a photo of your ID if it’s a personal page or a certificate of formation/incorporation if it’s a brand page. If you are attempting to recover a meme or theme page that does not represent any specific entity, the likelihood of recovery will decrease but only in the event that additional documentation is requested. If no documentation was requested, the recovery of a theme page will be processed just as efficiently as any other case.

We encourage everyone to try their luck but as you’ll likely come to find out, the odds are stacked against you. Meta has perhaps one of the worst customer support teams in all of social media and self-executed attempts at recoveries rarely end successfully.
